Straight answers before you start
Will it work for my size of business?
PROVE is priced per company, not per user. Plans cover up to 3, 5, 7 or 12 users, so it suits a sole trader with a helper through to a growing contractor. Larger teams can ask about a custom package — see pricing.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Add your team, give each person a role, and assign them to jobs. Field staff see the jobs they're assigned to; managers see the whole company.
Can I use it on site?
Yes. PROVE runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, and can be added to your home screen. Forms can be filled in and saved offline, then upload when you're back online. Other parts of PROVE need a connection.
Can I keep job photos and records together?
Yes. Photos, notes, voice notes, forms and documents are kept against the job with the date and time, so the job history is in one place.
Can customers approve documents?
Yes. Send a secure link so your customer can accept or decline a quote or variation, and sign off completed work. Their decision is recorded with the document.
Can I build my own forms?
Yes. Start from shared starter templates or build your own with a drag-and-drop builder, conditional questions, photos and signatures. Templates for regulated work are supporting records, not official certificates.
Does it replace accounting software?
No. PROVE handles quotes, variations, invoices and recorded payments for your jobs. It connects to Xero so you can send PROVE invoices across as drafts; your accounts stay in your accounting software.
